This 100% Malbec hails from Finca El Ritorno vineyard in the Coquimbito region of Maipú at 2,630 feet above sea level, the core vineyard for Tempus Alba’s innovative clonal research program into the origins of Argentine Malbec – puro malbec! Utilizing stainless fermentation then 8 months in oak (70% French, 30% American), this is your “go to red” for Summer 2012 and beyond. It’s balanced enough to sip all evening (or afternoon) with everything from appetizers to grilled meats, delivering mouth-filling flavors from glass to glass. Delicious!
