SOTTIMANO 2023 “MATE” DRY BRACHETTO

Brachetto is a wonderfully floral red variety that’s typically made into – in the best hands – an enthralling, sweet & fizzy wine around Acqui Terme in Piedmont. Here, Sottimano has made a brilliant dry version that is medium-light-bodied and highly drinkable in its balance, while maintaining the intensely floral and soft red-fruited character of the variety. Finishes lifted and dry.
“Maté has a typical bouquet of wild roses and wild strawberries, together with attractive floral notes that we also find on the palate in addition to spicy and salty sensations. “- WINERY NOTES
