SHINDO EXPERIMENTAL 01, the first productfrom the Shindo Distillery.They want to make the best proposal they can nowfor the long road ahead.With this in mind, Shindo Distillery begins its “road” with the”Experimental” series.All are non-peated.The casks used were mainly bourbon barrels, but also Mizunara, Oloroso Sherry, and a few other barrels were used for batting.
