An authentic Caribbean recipe retrieved by Henry Duncan Calabran the 4th a renowned shipbuilder from the 1900s is crafted and aged for 21 years in white oak ex-whisky barrels. The Calabran Rum possesses the aesthetics of a traditional Caribbean rum with the complexity and depth of a very old one. It delivers notes of oak spices vanilla nuts and prunes on the nose.
