Try all four of RSRV Collective’s Kensh Cocktail flavors: Winner of BevNET Best NA Spirit Award, 2023
BOTANICA //
Reminiscent of a gin & tonic. Botanica’s fresh green floral bouquet, with zesty, bright flavor yields to a juniper finish. Light and refreshing. Equally suited to a hot summer day, or a white tablecloth dinner.
ORANA //
Hinting at an old fashioned. Orana’s strong, charred, dark citrus flavors rest on a foundation of wormwood. All balanced between bitter & sweet, with a hint of smoke. One sip and youll think, Maybe I should buy some cowboy boots and that old pickup truck.
ROSATA //
Bright cherry notes waft from the glass while small carbonated bubbles shoot a hint of sharp ginger into the bouquet. Rosata’s rich cherry flavor is simultaneously sweet and sour, with just the right amount of ginger nip on the finish.
AMARI //
Evocative of an Italian aperitif, Amari hints at its earthiness & bitterness through its bouquet. A deep flavor pallet expresses its mix of herbs, spices, plants, and dark citrus. All perfectly balanced with a slightly bitter finish that will transport you to the Amalfi coast.
RSRV is now served at Commander’s Palace in New Orleans and will be included at aJames Beard Houseevent this fall in NYC.
