Made from hand-cut sugar cane grown in Fiji’s rich volcanic soil. Filtered through coconut shell carbon. Aged for a minimum of 5 years in charred ex-bourbon American oak casks and finished with mocha oak chips.
Savoury, smoked oak aromas give way to rich sweetness of caramel, vanilla and tea leaves with a mouth-watering liquorice finish.
