This kit features orange blossom honey, sweet orange peel, and crushed cardamom to deliver a balanced, lightly sweet mead with natural carbonation and a smooth finish.
Formulated for reliable fermentation, this recipe uses US-05 yeast to support clean, consistent performance and a crisp flavor profile. The combination of citrus and subtle spice creates a layered yet approachable taste, while erythritol allows for sweetness without additional fermentation.
