“A cosmic celebration of morning delights! Embark on an interstellar journey with this lactose heavy, breakfast-inspired pastry sour. As the sun rises in the galaxy, our brewhouse meticulously crafted this celestial concoction by steeping over 250kg of Aussie oats overnight. The resulting oat-milk sour base, blended with a hearty mix of barley and wheat, sets the foundation for a cosmic infusion of Aa, Blueberries, Raspberries, Banana, and Honey, creating a flavor symphony that orbits your taste buds. Infused with a delicate touch of sweet vanilla cream and white choc chips, Solar Dawn offers everything you adore in your favorite breakfast treat, now supernova-ed into a stellar beer form. Embrace the sunrise with Solar Dawn and elevate your mornings to astral heights!“ – One Drop
