From Monterey, California, Montoya Sauvignon Blanc 2024 captures the coastal cool-climate style with expressive aromas of ripe apricot, citrus peel, and subtle fig. Bright and aromatic from the first pour, it shows a lively palate with crisp structure and a refreshing, fruit-forward profile that finishes clean and vibrant.
Harvested during cool nights and early morning hours, the grapes are carefully selected and gently pressed before undergoing 100% stainless steel fermentation to lock in purity and freshness. Fermented entirely in stainless steel to preserve pure varietal character and natural acidity, it reflects a modern California winemaking approach. Serve chilled to fully enjoy its crisp, refreshing finish and versatility at the table.
