Although Laphroaig is famed for its intense smokey flavourspersonified by the 10 year old expression this 15 year old is where the range starts to mellow. The more robust medicinal flavours make way for an all together softer, subtler peat smoke. One of our absolute favourites this is probably Laphroaig at its best.
This is Rre-Royal Warrant bottling, bottled in the 90’s before the Royal Warrant were being introduced in 1994. Bottled at 43% ABV.
