Junmai Daiginjo Urakasumi X Camus

This sake is smooth pure and elegant sakemade in collaboration between French Assemblage Master Regis Camus and Urakasumi brewery in Japan. Made with Yamada Nishiki rice and a local variety from the Miyagi Prefecture and is fermented using only three ingredients: water rice and koji.
