“This ale is brewed on the anniversary of the rebirth of our brewery following the bushfires of 2009. The Phoenix is brewed with a complex malt and hop bill, and it’s character will develop with cellaring at a constant low temperature.”
2020 version of the Phoenix (released in 2021)
