Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with toasted coconut and Madagascar vanilla. Vanilla Benthic is so reliably delicious that the brewers keep returning to it year after year. We chose a wide range of wood: Willett, Weller, Russell’s Reserve, Blanton’s, and Buffalo Trace. We doubled the toasted coconut to rise and meet the intensity of the Madagascar Vanilla. With Vanilla Benthic, a no-brainer big pour creates a tan head that rises high above the jet-black stout. The combined halo effect of these decadent raw materials is soft and all-encompassing. Underlying bourbon, melted chocolate ice cream, last night’s fire, and tons of vanilla mingle with notes of the endless possibilities of contemporary health-conscious coconut drinks. ‘Nilla.
