Launched late 2020, this limited-edition release was made using a series of unpeated distillations from 2008. Matured in first-fill bourbon barrels before being finished in a combination of Pedro Ximnez and Oloroso sherry hogsheads for a further 10 months. The whisky was then married back together in bourbon casks before being bottled. A total of 15,000 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 54.1%. (Bottle size 750ml)
