Ezimit Pinot Grigio 2019
Over 200 days of Balkan sunshine, distilled into one soft, creamy white.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Grigio from North Macedonia’s Ove Pole region, where more than 200 days of annual sunshine gives the grapes a perfect balance of ripeness and acidity.
Taste Profile: A straw-yellow hue with green reflections. Clean, delicate and complex on the nose, with white flowers, honey and tropical fruits. Soft, rounded and elegant on the palate, with a distinct body and a pleasing creamy finish.
Winemaking Process: Fermented and finished to preserve the grape’s natural aromatics, with careful temperature control to bring out the wine’s characteristic softness and creamy texture.
Winemaker: Ezimit was founded in 1991 in the heart of the Ove Pole region, with its modern winery built in 1994. Still 100% family-owned, it farms over 400 hectares across seven micro-locations and cultivates more than 30 grape varieties, blending centuries of Macedonian winemaking tradition with modern technology.
