Vinification Fermentaiton in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Ageing The wines are oak aged for only 6 months in order to preserve the charactersistic varietal aromas while adding a hint of complexity. Tasting Notes Dark ripe and intense this Merlot integrates notes of ceder raspberries and black pepper. Well balanced with firm tannins and a long lasting flavor. – Conde de Velazquez
