A blend of fruit from Loewen’s parcels in Thornich and Leiwen, this dry riesling has a mineral abrasion to its acidity, integrated and still tense. That acidity is stony, driving the fruit forward, targeting its clean, refreshing flavor at pan-roasted river fish.
