URUGUAY
Tannat is the main red grape from Uruguay. And Cerro Chapeau handpicks its grapes for the best berries to be chosen. It ages in second pass French oak barrels for 12-18 months and then additional year in bottle before release. So the result is an amazingly smooth and silky, full bodied rendition. Black berry and plum notes jump from the glass. A hidden gem.
