A blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Semillon fermented in stainless steel at a cold temperature after total destemming. The wine is aged 3 months in cement tanks. This is another super value from Francois Thienpont with fresh citrus notes gooseberry and finishing crispy acidity. Barlow Score: 90 Points!
