Autonomy Walnut Liqueur is made from unripe green walnuts transformed through a slow maceration with spices and citrus to create a dark, rich and aromatic liqueur.
Sweet, warming and woody with a slight tannic bitterness, expect the flavours of toasted walnuts, cinnamon and vanilla, balanced with the brightness of fresh citrus peel.
