Austonian Whiskey

In creating Austonian Whiskey we set out to reinvent conventional barrel aging. The process we developed enhances the natural maturing effects that wood has on spirits and exposes subtle flavors of toasted oak. Along with creating an enticing flavor we spare the majority of trees cut down for standard barrel production. As nature lovers we are proud to introduce the first sustainably matured whiskey. Whether feeling nostalgic with old friends around a campfire or making new friends at a swimming hole we hope you enjoy Austonian where it’s best enjoyed – outdoors. 45% ABV 90 Proof
