– By Master Distiller, Luis Enrique – 7 – 10 years old agave Marmorata (Pizorra) – From San Agustn Amatengo, Oaxaca – Distilled once in copper refrescadera style still (which is technically two distillations)
Nose – Fennel, celery, green pepper.
Palate – Fruit cream, glazed pastry, tamarindo.
