21 Year Old Single Malt. Single Cask 70cl.
Fully matured in a 2nd fill ex-bourbon barrel, this is an exceptional Irish Whiskey.
Aromas of honey, peaches and cream, vanilla and apple slices lead to flavours of butterscotch, oak spices, leather, and cracked pink peppercorns. The finish is long and rich with toffee, coconut and vanilla.
